Call LightHouse only when you need our assistance. Our staff will do the necessary troubleshooting to determine the problem and develop a solution to resolve it, either via phone, remote access or an onsite visit. This option allows you to pay only for the time and material needed to fix the problem. Or, you can prepay for a blocked amount of time that can be used on an as-needed basis.
Administrator for a Day
A LightHouse engineer will arrive on-site for regularly scheduled visits to provide technical and user support, as well as installation of software updates and patches, verification of backups and antivirus updates and other computer maintenance-oriented services. This program requires an annual contract and pricing is determined on length and frequency of visits. This option can also be supplemented with a block of hours per month to address any system emergencies.
We will continuously monitor your network remotely and identify potential problems before they can negatively affect your system, reducing downtime and providing a reliable level of system performance. In addition, we offer automated asset management as well as remote technical support. And, we will provide you with ongoing reports so you are always up-to-speed on the status of your network. This program requires an annual contract and pricing is determined on the number of devices to be monitored and number of support hours to be included.
